The name “Emily Louise” is used throughout the website to refer to the person providing the services.

The website provides information about Emily Louise and the services available, including Reiki and HeartHealing™️ sessions.

Information provided on this website is for general information and does not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric or other healthcare advice.

Sessions are intended to support personal wellbeing and reflection. They are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

If you have a medical or mental health concern, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Services and bookings are available to people aged 18 and over only.

By making an enquiry or booking a session, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over.

All session enquiries and bookings are currently arranged by email.

To enquire about a session, contact teamemilylouise@gmail.com.

Bookings are not confirmed until Emily Louise has confirmed the appointment by email.

The session type, format (online or in person where applicable), date, time and price will be confirmed before the booking is finalised.

Payment for sessions is made by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed with Emily Louise.

For in-person Reiki sessions, payment may also be made in cash at the session if agreed in advance.

For HeartHealing™️ sessions, payment arrangements will be confirmed by email before the session.

Payment details will be provided directly when a booking is arranged. A session is considered confirmed once the payment arrangements have been agreed and the booking has been confirmed by email.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice by email if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session.

Where at least 48 hours’ notice is provided, Emily Louise will discuss cancellation or rescheduling arrangements with you.

Where less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, or where you do not attend a confirmed session without notice, the session fee may be non-refundable, subject to any applicable statutory consumer rights.

Any cancellation charge or amount retained will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Where a legal right to cancel applies, that right takes precedence over this cancellation policy.

Occasionally, it may be necessary to change or cancel a session.

If Emily Louise needs to cancel a confirmed session, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or receive an appropriate refund where applicable.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when making an enquiry or booking.

You should tell Emily Louise about anything relevant to your ability to participate safely and comfortably in a session.

You remain responsible for seeking appropriate professional medical or mental health support where needed.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date.

However, information may change and we do not guarantee that every piece of content will always be complete, current or error-free.

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, images, branding, graphics and original materials, belongs to Emily Louise or is used with permission.
